jamaican oxtail?
Hey yall person have an authentic recipe for Jamaican Oxtail? I'm tired of having to buy any time so I decided to ask around and see if anyone has some recipes. Thnaks to all who reply
I not a specific recipe, I do by nature to this point. I first brown the oxtail, I generously seasoned with seasoning salt in a little oil. Can I remove and add a whole chopped onion, 1 / 2 finely chopped Scotch Bonnet, a sprinkle of nuts nutmeg, pepper and salt and pepper. Allow to melt, add the oxtail Back inside and cover with water twice. Add 2 sprigs fresh thyme (do not take off the leaves) and leaf. Simmer until water is equal to the oxtail. Taste the sauce for seasoning. Then simmer until the sauce reduces again until about 1 / 4 up the oxtail. YUM!
