Pretzel salad recipe?
I want a salad recipe that uses pretzel pineapple. Everyone I could find on the use Strawberry Online. I had some made with pineapple and it was delicious! Incidentally, this recipe, I do not use jello.
Here's my recipe. I hope you enjoy: PINEAPPLE SALAD Pretzel Crust: 1 c. pretzels, crushed 1 stick butter, melted 1 / 2 tsp Mix sugar and so press down 9×13 inches. Filling: 1 (8 oz) cream cheese, softened 1 (8 ounces) Cool Whip 1 / 2 c. Mix sugar and well spread over crust. FILLING: 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple, drained (Save the juice) 1 / 4 c. 2 v. tablespoons sugar. cornstarch Drain pineapple juice in a saucepan. Mix sugar and cornstarch together, then add juice. Cook until thickened, add pineapple. Mix well. Spread on top of salad.
