Tips, advice, tips or recipes for cooking a rump roast 14 lb roll?

Put in a roasting pan with a little salt and pepper. Top the pan with aluminum foil and cook on low heat (300-350) until the juices run clear. If you intend to have for dinner tonight, I would put it up ASAP, closest to entertain the more you have finished, but rushing it will be soft. Cooking low and slow, it will be butter and delicious. You can also throw in some cut potatoes and carrots few hours of time dinner, they go into the juice and roast be delish. Enjoy!
